Perfect Praise comprehensive college, Olowora was born on the 22nd September, 2008 and its first registered student was Betsoebong Francis Akpan. In less than an hour after the first student, a second student by name Oluwatobi Olaniyi was also registered.
By His Grace, the first term ended with a record of seventeen students. Eleven boys and six girls.
